Offline payment” is one of the following payment methods.

Cash on delivery: Payment in exchange for the product at the time of delivery.

　　Applicable to orders for products delivered by ASA staff.

2. cash on delivery: Payment is collected by ASA staff after the product arrives at the customer's location.

 Applicable conditions: When “ASA Collection” is indicated in the product name

 Applicable scene: Mainly food products. When ordering products manufactured or directly delivered from the place of production delivered by a shipping company

3. payment to the local partner company

　　Applicable conditions: When the product name states “Local Payment”.

 Applicable scene: When applying for affiliated services such as air conditioner cleaning. Please pay the vendor after the service is provided.

■(Important) When purchasing directly shipped goods as a gift

The product price will be billed to the billing address. (ASA staff will collect the money)

If you wish to use “off-line payment,” please note that the billing address must fall within the following “off-line payment” area.

(Important) Restrictions on the use of “Offline Settlement

Offline Settlement” can be used only when the billing address is in an ‘Offline Settlement’ area. 

If your billing address is not in an “offline payment” area, please use “credit/debit card” as the payment method since our ASA staff cannot visit your address.

Please note that if your delivery address is in an area where “offline payment” is not available and you select “offline payment” for your purchase, your order will be cancelled. Please purchase again using a credit or debit card.
