Q: Can I specify the delivery time?

You can specify from "13:00 to 15:00 / 15:00 to 17:00 / 17:00 to 19:00".

 

Q: Will the vase arrive with the flowers?

We do not deliver vases, but we do sell vases in two sizes, so please consider this if you do not have one.

 

Q: How do I change or cancel my plan (stop delivery) after I start using it?

You can change or cancel your subscription from the following month if you contact us by the 20th of each month.

 

Q: Can I apply for multiple courses?

You can have multiple courses of the same course or multiple different courses.

 

Q: Will I receive similar flowers?

We will coordinate the bouquets so that we can deliver as many different bouquets as possible each time, but depending on the season, similar flowers may be included. At that time, we will make different varieties and colors so that you can enjoy it.

 

Q: Can you deliver it to a place other than my home?
