− Delivery of Currently Available Products

For deliveries within our local area (the Jiyugaoka neighborhood in Meguro Ward, Tokyo), our staff will deliver your order within 2–4 days of the order date. Except for offline payments (cash on delivery), orders will be delivered to your mailbox.

For deliveries outside our local area, we will ship via Click Post (mailbox delivery) or another shipping method approximately 7 days after your order is placed.

− Delivery of Pre-Release Items

We will ship these items on or after the release date.

Typically, delivery occurs the day before or on the release date, but depending on when your order is placed, it may be shipped earlier. Please note this in advance.
