Wataru Yamamoto
 
At Japan’s largest advertising and marketing agency, he leads a team as a Group Leader overseeing General Managers and Department Heads. Drawing on this experience, he authored the management book *The Art of Delegation: The Right Way to “Outsource” for Mutual Relief* (Subaru-sha), which has garnered support from many business professionals, and he delivers lectures on leadership at various companies. Meanwhile, as a creative director and copywriter for over 20 years, he has been engaged in the work of identifying and articulating the “strengths—or points of praise”—of products and services.
