Starting with choosing a hospital, a doctor, and a treatment method, then food, alternative therapies...
I had no choice but to decide each thing for myself: what to do, and what not to do.
Since I cannot escape myself, I avoid leaning toward either pessimism or optimism, choosing instead to walk the narrow path I can nod to. I continue to document these irreplaceable experiences. Currently, I am well. Having cancer is only one part of who I am.
A little while ago, I wrote a book about aging titled Bright Resolve (2020 hardcover, 2024 Asahi Bunko paperback). Facing illness is also one form of "bright resolve."

Delivery to our neighborhood area (around Jiyugaoka, Meguro-ku, Tokyo) will be made by our staff in 2 to 4 days from the date of order. Except for offline payment (cash on delivery), delivery will be made to the post office.
Delivery to non-neighborhood areas will take approximately 7 days from the date of order, via Click Post (delivery to the mailbox) or other delivery methods.
- Delivery of pre-release products
will be delivered after the release date.
Usually, delivery will be made the day before or on the day of release, but there are cases where delivery may be delayed depending on the timing of your order. Please understand in advance.
