    Book Inventory and Delivery Times

    We do not maintain stock for the books we handle. Orders are fulfilled by securing inventory and shipping after receiving your order.

    If an ordered item is sold out, discontinued, or no longer in production and cannot be secured, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

  • Product Delivery and Shipping

    Delivery is only available within Japan.

    - Delivery of products on sale

    Delivery to our neighborhood area (around Jiyugaoka, Meguro-ku, Tokyo) will be made by our staff in 2 to 4 days from the date of order. Except for offline payment (cash on delivery), delivery will be made to the post office.

    Delivery to non-neighborhood areas will take approximately 7 days from the date of order, via Click Post (delivery to the mailbox) or other delivery methods.

    - Delivery of pre-release products

    will be delivered after the release date.

    Usually, delivery will be made the day before or on the day of release, but there are cases where delivery may be delayed depending on the timing of your order. Please understand in advance.

  • Payment Methods

    Credit card/debit card/offline payment (cash on delivery, cash on delivery not available depending on delivery area)

    * We do not charge a cash on delivery fee.

    We accept cash on delivery payment methods only in areas where our staff can deliver in person. If your delivery area is in the following areas, anyone can order by cash on delivery (no cash on delivery fee). (No COD fee)

    If your delivery area is not listed below, please pay at the time of order by “credit/debit card” as our staff cannot visit your area.

  • Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

    We do not accept changes, cancellations, or returns after an order has been placed.
