Delivery and shipping of products
Delivery is only available in Japan.
- Delivery of products on sale
For delivery to areas near our store (around Jiyugaoka, Meguro-ku, Tokyo), our staff will deliver in 2-4 days from the date of order. Except for offline payment (cash on delivery), delivery will be made to your mailbox.
Delivery to areas outside of the neighborhood will be made by Click Post (delivery to the mailbox) or other delivery methods within about 7 days after the order is placed.
- Delivery of pre-release products
Delivery will be made after the release date.
Usually, delivery will be made the day before or on the day of release, but there are cases where delivery may be delayed depending on the timing of your order. Please understand this in advance.
